Winemaker's Cut Chardonnay Sur Lie (Stone Bridge), vintage 2016 - amazing Chardonnay that fermented long six months in 450 l barrique barrels for healthy finest yeast with regular stirring (2 x weekly), which gave this wine a delicious creaminess and elegance.

It is a wine of intense yellow-green color with a wonderful aroma attractive where you can find tones of peanuts enriched  refined sensations candied fruit, pineapple and oak.

 The wine's taste classy, lavish, crowded delicate fruitiness and rich nutty complexity. It is great for its fine, decent korenistosťou a long creamy aftertaste. It has great potential for aging 2-6 years.

Wine sur Lie lie in the winery for several months in healthy finest yeast with regular stirring. This leads to yeast autolysis, thereby wine enriched with polysaccharides and mannoproteins. The method comes from the French Nantes in the Loire valley.
