Black currant wine is made exclusively from black currant cultivars, which is the first and basic prerequisite for the high quality of this fruit wine. By very strict guarding of the mash during fermentation, which takes place through noble yeast clones at a controlled temperature with regular stirring, this delicious and delicate, but full-flavored, long and juicy wine with a captivating currant aroma and a truly mystical dark red-purple color is created.

A beautiful fruity wine with an intense currant - captivating aroma, ruby-red color, pleasant acids, which are imported with residual sugar, creates a harmony of sensual tastes.

It is produced using modern technology , during which this rare fruit is fermented in rototanks with strict monitoring of the fermentation temperature. Noble yeast, enzymatic processes, fermentation activity and constant mixing under regular supervision had a positive effect on the quality of this final product.

PEREG blackcurrant wine is especially suitable for darker, bolder meats in heavier preparations (venison, beef), and is also excellent in combination with meats served with various fruit sauces. It also excels with desserts such as poppy seed strudel, cottage cheese balls, pirogues filled with currants... It can also be used as a digestif instead of fortified wine à la Porto.
