Chardonnay "2", the DSC 2013 is the year of pleasant wine sparkling color with a wonderful aroma of tropical fruit mixture with welcoming notes of citrus, pineapple, banana and hints of aromas of acacia flowers.

The wine does not lag behind its pleasant aromatics. The wine is intense in flavor, fresh, harmonious and well accompany their pleasant smell. Impressive fruit and soft acidity in the aftertaste are suitably accompanied by notes of pink pomelo and captivating cinnamon. Maturity of wine is three to five years.

Chardonnay "2", DSC, year 2013 was produced by combining modern and traditional practices. Fermentation was carried out in a reductive controlled environment. Subsequently, a third of the volume of the final fermentation matured in wooden barrels on lees using the "Sur Lie". Thanks to this wine acquired secondary richer flavor, body and texture . Finally, both were again the proportion of wine combined into one.
