Shipping and fees associated with your shipment

We always try to deliver your shipment safely and as soon as possible. We know that when you choose your wine, you want to have it at home as soon as possible, so we deliver your shipments on a business day on a European basis within 2 - 6 days.

Moreover, in order over 290,- EUR your shipment transported elsewhere in Austria, Germany and Hungary completely free.


Transport fees:

  • The price of transport courier company: depending on the lot weight (specifically, the price of transport you will see in the shopping cart before confirming the order)
  • For orders above 290, - EUR - delivery to the countries of Germany, Austria and Hungary completely free

In the case of payment method transfer from the account passes delivery time on the day of crediting the full amount of the seller's account (account number and variable symbol after ordering, you will receive e-mail)


Delivery time - shipments are delivered:

  • on the territory of the Slovak Republic within 24 hours of receipt of the order (on working days) 
  • on the territory of the Czech Republic within 48 hours of receipt of the order (on working days)
  • to EU countries within 2-6 days of receipt of the order (on working days)


Transaction fees:

  • Fee for transfer to the account: free
  • Fee for cash payments in the personal collection: free
  • Fee on delivery (payment on delivery): € 0.89 with VAT
  • The fee for card payments: free      



  • There is no minimum order value.
  • Transport of the goods is carried out under conditions of transport and forwarding Contracting courier company (GLS). The price of transportation is included in the shipping container, cover your goods, two attempts to deliver the goods. Delivery charges are included in the final price of the order.
  • Delivery of a consignment of goods ordered is countersigned by the buyer on their roster distribution Contracting courier company.
