Shipping and fees associated with your shipment

We always try to deliver your shipment safely and as soon as possible. We know that when you choose your wine or other delicacy from our e-shop, you want to have them at home as soon as possible, that's why we process your shipments with the utmost care so that the shipment arrives safely and on time.

 

Delivery options:

 

  1. Fast and reliable shipping:
  • Delivery on the second working day: Orders received by 4:30 p.m. are delivered as standard in Slovakia on the next working day , so that you can enjoy your wines and other delicacies from our e-shop as soon as possible. Speed and reliability are a priority for us to ensure you have the best possible shopping experience.
  • in the territory of the Czech Republic, we deliver by default within 48 hours of receiving the order (on working days)
  • to EU countries within 2-6 days of receiving the order   (on business days) depending on the country of delivery
  • In the case of payment by bank transfer, the delivery period starts on the day the full amount is credited to the seller's account (the account number and variable symbol will be sent to you after ordering by e-mail)
  • Personal pickup: Save on shipping costs and pick up your order in person at our facility. Personal collection is available for orders over EUR 58 made in our e-shop. After preparing the order, we will send you an e-mail with information that the order is ready for personal collection. Personal pickup is possible on weekdays at the address Stromová 10, Budča, from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. If you do not pick up the shipment within 48 hours, it will be cancelled.

 

2. Transport charges:

  • Free shipping: Enjoy free shipping in Slovakia for orders over EUR 58. In this way , you save on additional fees and receive your products at no additional cost.
  • Fixed delivery prices: We are accurate and transparent with our customers. Our shipping charges are fixed and clearly stated, allowing you to keep track of shipping costs without any unexpected surprises. You can be sure that the price for delivery is uniform and known in advance.
  • Fees for transportation in the Slovak Republic:
    • The price of transport by a courier company in the Slovak Republic: EUR 3.97 including VAT (applies to orders with a value of more than EUR 40).
    • Order over 58 EUR: shipping is free within the Slovak Republic.
  • Shipping fees in the Czech Republic and the EU:
    • The amount of the shipping price depends on the weight of the shipment. You will see the specific shipping price in the shopping cart before confirming the order.

3. Transaction fees:

  • Fee for account transfer: free of charge
  • Fee for payment in cash for personal collection: free of charge
  • Cash on delivery fee (payment upon delivery): EUR 1.20 with VAT (only for Slovakia)
  • Fee for payment by payment card: free of charge

 

Important Notice:

  1. There is no minimum order value. However, for personal collection, the value of the order must be higher than EUR 58.

  2. The transportation of the ordered goods takes place in accordance with the conditions of transportation and dispatch of the courier companies that we use to transport your shipments. Your shipment is thoroughly protected against impacts and damage using special cardboard transport packages. The shipping price includes the cost of shipping packaging, insurance of your shipment, as well as two delivery attempts. Delivery charges are included in the final price of the order.

  3. The delivery of the shipment with the ordered goods is confirmed to the employee of the courier company. If it is not possible to deliver the package on the first attempt, the courier will try to deliver the package again on the next working day.

  4. When receiving the shipment, carefully check its condition. If you find any damage to the package (deformed shape, leaking contents, etc.), refuse to accept the package and fill out a complaint protocol with a courier company employee. If the shipment is incomplete, damaged or there is an obvious defect that you could have detected when you received it, inform the seller immediately in accordance with point 5.9 of the complaint and business conditions. Later, complaints of this kind will only be recognized if you prove that the defects were present at the time of receipt of the goods.
