Pálava Moravian variety named after the protected area of hills. It was created by crossing varieties Traminer and Müller Thurgau. Pálava varieties to breed Ing. Joseph Veverka - the State Variety Book was registered in 1977.


This wine has a character similar to Traminer is full, harmonious, spicy with a beautiful and distinctive aroma. Has zlatožltú color, smells as well as the taste, you can find fine pepper, nutmeg and vanilla tones. Palava is getting popular variety, undoubtedly also for its interesting, enjoyable and smooth decently spicy flavor  , and also for its tones of mature fruit, honey and white pepper. Recommended temperatures for administration is from 10 to 12 ° C.


Palava suited to spicy food, the pate, the specialties of Asian cuisine, but also for mating and smoked cheese. It is suitable for white meat, poultry, grilled fish.
