PEREG is a great carbonated currant wine made exclusively from black currant cultivars, which is the first and basic prerequisite for the high quality of this fruit wine. Very strict guarding of the mash during fermentation, which takes place through noble yeast clones at a controlled temperature with regular stirring, creates this delicious and delicate, but full-bodied, long and juicy wine with a captivating currant aroma and a mystical dark red-violet color.
Beautiful fruit wine with an intense currant-captivating aroma, ruby-red color, pleasant acids, which are imported with residual sugar, creates a harmony of sensual flavors.
It is made by modern technology, during which this rare fruit is fermented in rototanks under strict monitoring of fermentation temperature. Noble yeasts, enzymatic processes, fermentation activities and constant mixing under regular supervision had a positive effect on the quality of this final product.
