DSC Lemberger, vintage 2011 is one of the best wine-growing and wine-growing years in the last period. Great natural and climatic conditions of 2011 also reflected positively on the quality of red wines.

Ruby-red color with light red edge, pleasant scent full of fruity , ripe cherries and red currants complemented by subtle notes of spices that give this wine aged in oak barrels suggest that it is a  quality red wine.

It also confirms the pleasant, cured and fresh, fruity flavor. The wine has given their long time quality bottled maturity 5-7 years.

In wine ELESKO the production of Merlot combined with traditional production methods blueing. The final fermentation of the wine after malolactic fermentation skins and matured in different types of new oak barrels barriques 13 months. The resulting style was based on the cuvée connection with the desired complex sensory profile.

DSC Lemberger, vintage 2011 recommended to be given at 15 to 17 ° C in chalices for red wines with a capacity of 500-650 ml, for delectable opening aromas and flavors of wine, we recommend decanting into a decanter.

The wine goes well with dishes such as the back of Daniel with pistachio crust, parsnip puree of sweet potato with butter, homemade jaternička with potato-apple mash and fried onion, soft ripened blue cheese.
