Pinot Noir, DSC, vintage 2019 is a wine of an elegant garnet-red color with a nice brick-red edge. The elegant aroma is presented with a delicate touch of plums, cherries, bitter cherries and beautiful notes of vanilla , which was left in the wine by slow aging in oak barrels.
Its wonderful, delicate and elegant taste is pleasantly complemented by harmonious tannins and a sweet finish with a hint of minerality.
The wine has a great aging potential of 1-5 years , so you can still archive it at home for future rare moments where it can be a dignified and elegant companion.
Pinot Noir, DSC, vintage 2019 – this elegant, powerful wine has been made using a combination of modern and traditional techniques. Maceration of the grapes took place in the vinifier for 7 days at a low temperature, followed by alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation. Pressed young wine matured in large oak barrels with a volume of 5000 liters for 6 months.

We recommend serving this wonderful Pinot Noir, DSC, vintage 2019 at a temperature of 16-18 °C in red wine glasses with a volume of 500-650 ml, for a delicate opening of the aroma and flavors of the wine, we recommend decanting into a carafe.
The wine goes well with such dishes as venison loin on thyme with red wine reduction served with mushrooms and shallots, lamb kidneys with shallot marmalade, or aged goat's cheese with prosciutto.
