Frankovka blue of the HR Winery winery does not deny its origin. Terroir Gbelce is unique in that it is the hottest area in Slovakia with the highest number of sunny days a year. The soil in the upper part is humus clayey, below it clayey with marine and freshwater sediments rich in minerals. Thus, the wine is harmonious with acids and minerals and emphasizes the uniqueness of the region as well as the nature of quality varieties.

We recommend serving the wine at a temperature of 16 - 18 ° C. It goes well with roast meats, venison, ducks and geese, goulash, intestinal dishes, spicy dishes with ripened cheeses, spicy pasta or even some types of pizza.
