Pálava 2022, DSC, quality wine, semi-sweet, 0.75 l
In the 2022 vintage, the Karpatská perla winery also prepared a wonderful, deliciously semi-sweet Pálava for us - a wine with an intense aroma of white rose, exotic fruit and oriental spices, which is brilliantly seconded by rich taste sensations with an ideal ratio of acids and natural residual sugar. The wine is vegan and low-histamine - definitely worth noting...

CARPATHIAN PEARL Pálava 2022, DSC, quality wine, semi-sweet, 0.75 l
Pálava 2022 presented by the Karpatská perla winery is a beautiful, really attractive, delicious semi-sweet wine with a protected designation of origin. Small Carpathian wine region, Sv. Martin, the Suchý vrch vineyard with its loess soil is pleasing to all aromatic varieties , and the Pálava variety also feels at home here. In addition grapes of the Pálava variety were harvested by hand from the loess soil on Suchy vrch.
And so - as in previous years - Pálava 2022 has a lot to offer. You will immediately be won over by its charming apricot-fruity, slightly spicy scent with an attractive touch of white roses.
The taste of this delicious juice perfectly complements its pleasant aroma. Thanks to natural residual sugar and delicious acids , it has an attractive and harmonious effect . The aftertaste is pleasantly sweet and fresh at the same time.
The wine is vegan and low-histamine. The grapes for the production of this wine come from a vineyard that is being converted to organic.
We recommend serving:
We recommend serving chilled at 11-12 °C with roast goose or fruit desserts, but it also creates a great taste pleasure when paired with mildly spicy poultry or Slovak Vršatec cheese...
