KARPATSKÁ PERLA Svetové Noviny 2021, cuvée white, dry, 0.75 l

Family winery Karpatská perla and Ing. Tibor Ruman manage a vine repository with a set of 800 varieties on an area of 3 ha, with the aim of preserving genetic resources for future generations.

The joint processing of all varieties created this original cuvée , which should express thanks for the work of several generations of Slovak breeders. The grapes were grown in an ecological way, hand-harvested and gently processed.  

We recommend serving:

At a temperature of 11-12°C to poultry meat, preferably chicken.
