Pavelka a syn Pálava 2022, selection of grapes, semi-dry, 0.75 l

The beautiful, semi-dry Pálava of the excellent vintage 2022 from the vineyards of the Pavelka and son winery located on the southern slopes of the Little Carpathians (Pezinok wine-growing village, Huncpalky hon) has a beautifully sparkling golden color. It will impress you with its beautiful , intense scent of peaches , blossoming white roses and soft tones of ripe tropical fruit.

The taste of wine harmoniously accompanies its attractive aroma. The wine is full of pleasant Small Carpathian acids, which are suitably combined with a higher residual sugar content and create a great taste sensation. The taste of the wine is so pleasantly full and delicious.

The qualities of this wine in previous years were appreciated by experts at several important exhibitions, e.g. at the Finger Lake International Wine Competition New York 2017 with a large gold medal , this wine was also included in the 2017 Slovak National Wine Salon among the 100 best wines of Slovakia.

We recommend serving this wine at a temperature of 10-12 °C. It is suitable for pork and poultry dishes and various types of hard cheeses.
