Pivnica Radošina Radošinský Klevner PREMIUM 2021, DSC, selection of grapes, semi-dry, 0.75 l

Thanks to the excellent exposure of the vineyard plot and the exceptionality of the 2021 vintage, the winery managed to grow premium quality grapes. The dominant and traditional Radosin Pinot Gris variety , the own yeast used in fermentation and the "sur lie" aging method in an unburnt Slovenian oak barrel gave this wine a richness of honey-fruit aromas , especially the delicious taste of juicy peach, pear and dried banana. with a long-lasting aftertaste.

The great aroma of this wine is harmoniously matched with the taste , which is full, complex, fiery and slightly vanilla-spicy, with a delicious tannic finish. Excellent   long aging wine.

This amazing wine , whose grapes come from the foothills of the southern slopes of Považské Inovac , stands out for its distinctive bouquet and taste , its unrepeatable, unique character , which has made it famous both at home and abroad.

The originality and uniqueness of this golden juice is given by the traditional Radosin pinot gris variety, own "terroir" strains of noble yeast, fermentation and several months of aging using the "sur lie" method in adobe barrels.

The wine has a high aging potential and is suitable for long-term storage.

The extremely popular "Radošínsky Klevner" was also supplied to the English royal court, which awarded this wine a certificate. Radošínsky Klevner experienced his comeback in the English royal family during the last visit of Queen Elizabeth II . in Slovakia. Radošinský Klevner wine was also served during the last visit of Pope John Paul II. in Slovakia.
