Sauvignon 2021 winery Vinkor is a wine which, thanks to its wonderful aroma and pleasant taste , immediately found a large circle of its fans. No wonder - this aromatic Sauvignon (year 2019) from the well-known wine-growing village of Rúbaň was awarded a great gold medal at the prestigious Prague Wine Trophy 2021 .

The wine has a nice, typically varietal green-yellow color and a wonderful fruity aroma full of vineyard peaches, white currants and bases.

The taste is dominated by a delicious nettle-gooseberry sensation enriched with a pleasant grassy tone, supported by the juiciness of white currants and gooseberries. The aromatic expression in the aftertaste of the wine is markedly fresh, with a hint of lime peel and ticklish acidity.

We recommend serving Sauvignon 2020 at Vinkor at a temperature of 8 - 10 ° C. This pleasant white wine is an excellent companion to grilled vegetables, salads and seafood specialties, but also to roasted goat cheese with green salad, sprinkled with grated walnuts and gorgonzola.
