The wine comes from the vineyard village of Vištuk, from the Malá Zoya vineyard, which was planted between 2005-2009 on brown soil with an admixture of gravel and sand.

We recommend serving Riesling, DSC, year 2021 at a temperature of 9 - 11 °C in white wine glasses with a volume of 300 - 370 ml. The wine goes well with such dishes as arctic herring marinated in bergamot vinaigrette with cauliflower puree, sorrel cream with seaweed, or yellowfin tuna tartar with herb salad.
