PEREG Blueberry wine - limited edition, branded fruit wine, 0.75 l

Blueberry wine of the popular winery Pereg is a rare fruit wine of beautiful purple color, which was made from wild blueberries coming from picturesque forests in the heart of Slovakia.

The aroma is charming , captivating, pleasantly intense, so characteristic of forest fruits, with a hint of oak wood tones, in which this great fruit wine has matured and a sweet sensation at the end. The distinctive taste of delicious blueberries is accompanied by a pleasant residual sugar, thanks to which the harmony and uniqueness of this wine is achieved.

Blueberry wine is made by modern technology, during which the rare natural essence ferments in rototanks with strict monitoring of fermentation temperature. Noble yeasts, enzymatic processes, fermentation activities and constant mixing under regular supervision had a positive effect on the quality of this final product.

It stands out for desserts such as poppy strudel, cheese balls, pies stuffed with currants ... It can also be used as a digestif instead of the fortified wine á la Porto.

Recommended for administration at a temperature of 12 - 15 ° C.
